Standing & Tall Trees

Rachel is standing in her crib now and climbing up on anything that is steady--including Mom and Dad. She's fast crawling around and we have to watch her like a hawk on the bed and on the living room floor. She's changing so quickly now--she seems more alert to me and she has a way of absorbing everything in the room around her.

Here are some pictures of her around the house and from Sunday's trip to Muir Woods north of San Francisco. They had a guided walk for families with small children. The guides were fantastic--we learned a lot about the tall trees and met some very nice couples with babies almost the same age as Rachel.
